Hello, I’m Greg Meléndez, a Clinical Psychologist based in Richmond, London, dedicated to supporting children and young people. With over 20 years of experience, I specialise in providing therapy for clients aged 6 to 25 as they navigate emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges.
I use a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB).
I’m constantly learning and experimenting with new approaches to help my clients understand their experiences and improve their lives.
